Prayer is the lifeblood of movements
If we are going to see movements in our life, church, community, nation, or world, we will need go see a new ongoing commitment to serious, intense, persistent prayer. 

People can willingly change their behaviors & actions to the point of their own strength, abilities, & understanding
Only God can change the heart through our prayers, faith in Jesus Christ, and acceptance and following of the Holy Spirit.

 
My Part: Repent of my wickedness

Requires I become aware of my wickedness
Ask God to show me

 
God’s part: Shows me my seen and unseen wickedness
 
My Part: Have a conviction of my wickedness
 
God’s part: Ask God to convict me
 
My Part: Turn from my wickedness
 
God’s part: Ask the Holy Spirit to help me
 
My Part: Pray To the LORD

Ask for forgiveness for the wickedness in my heart

 
God’s part: to provide the gift of forgiveness
 
Heavenly Father,
I come before You with a humble heart, seeking to repent of my wickedness.
Please reveal to me the sins in my heart that I may not be aware of, those I can see and those hidden from my sight.
As You reveal my sins, grant me the conviction to truly understand and feel the weight of my wickedness so that I may have a genuine sense of remorse and the desire to change.
Allow the Holy Spirit to guide and strengthen me in my efforts to turn away from these sins and to follow Your righteous ways.
LORD, forgive me for the wickedness in my heart.
